Markets and roster
Every market is named for its trader: TRADER-USDC. Rankings on fomo shift daily; the roster does not. It is the lineup, not a live mirror of the leaderboard.
One market per trader
A market carries an index (the trader's performance), a mark (where the market trades), hourly funding between the two, a leverage tier set by the index's realised volatility, an open-interest cap sized to the trader's own book, and its own isolated positions. Markets are independent: a liquidation on one never touches your margin on another.

Reading a price
The index is quoted so that 100 means flat over the trailing seven days. 112.40 means the trader is up 12.40% on the capital he has had in positions over the window; 90.00 means down 10%. The mark trades around the index and funding pulls it back. A move in the index is a move in the trader's return, not in any coin's price.
Market status

| Warming | Fewer than seven days of samples; the window runs from the first sample. | Everything. The flag disappears once the window is full. |
| Frozen | The data feed failed twice in a row or changed shape. Index held at its last value. | Nothing new. Liquidations are paused. Recovers on the next good sample. |
| Settle-only | Delisting in progress: index frozen for 72 hours. | Reduce-only orders. Resting orders were cancelled. |
| Closed | Settled at the frozen index. | Nothing. Positions were paid out. |
